By going on the Demilitarized
Tour (DMZ) from Seoul, tourists can safely cross the border from South Korea
into North Korea and come back. In a town that borders both South and North
Korea called Panmunjum, you can enter the Joint Security Area building, half of
which is on the South Korean side and half of which is on the North Korean
side. By stepping into the North Korean side of the building, you will actually
be standing in North Korea.
When you are on the DMZ grounds,
you can also see North Korean soldiers a couple hundred feet from you. Staring
into the eyes of North Korean soldiers from afar is an experience not to be
missed and is a grim reminder of the continuing divide between North and South
Korea.
This is the former seat of power is known as Korean’s most famous palace.The Palace was named Gyeongbokgung Palace, the "Palace Greatly Blessed by Heaven." With Mount Bugaksan to its rear and Mount Namsan in the foreground, the site of Gyeongbokgung Palace was at the heart of Seoul and, indeed, deemed auspicious according to the traditional practice of geomancy.

One thing tourist like me like to do in foreign country is walking around shopping malls to see different stuffs that are attractive and on sale. I am a outdoor person but I prefer indoor supermarkets because some of the trendiest fashion clothing and hipster brands are located in Lotte mart. Lotte Mart is consider one of the biggest mall in South Korea
Lotte Mart in Seoul has to be one of the coolest grocery stores
in the world. There is lots of food and lots of food samples. I was tempted to
drop a ton of cash, but had to hold back to stick to my budget. Any kind of Korean
food goods are available at Seoul’s Lotte Mart.
Lotte Mart also has one of the
biggest indoor parks in the world! The park is called Lotte World, parents can
drop their kids in theme park and enjoy some sweet time shopping while their
kids are too distracted by the fun from the thrilling rides.
