Half day trip to
Bukit tinggi, Malaysia –
Berjaya Hills
Bukit tinggi is
situated in Bentong district of Pahang, lies on a beautiful and peaceful small
hill. This small town is located along Karak Expressway, notable for its famous
restaurants that lure visitors coming from Genting Highlands. Bukit tinggi is
located an hour from the Kuala Lumpur City Centre and lies some 2,500 feet
above sea level. Undoubtedly, the cooling and refreshing weather is what makes
such a small hill town of popular attraction to visit in Malaysia.
All guests are
required to purchase an entry ticket upon arrival at the entrance. The rate for
entry ticket is as shown below:
For the in-house
gests who stay in Colmar Tropicale Berjaya Hill Resort, the entry tickets can
be refunded during check-out. Nevertheless, the number of refundable tickets
will depend on the type of room you had booked.
Upon arrival, we
were immediately awed by the diversity of architectural styles. This makes
Colmar Tropicale became unique and attractive to both the local and foreign
visitors.
As a typical
tourist to Bukit Tinggi, it is a must to take photo at the entrance of
building! J
The entrance of the
attraction was fronted by a wooden drawbridge and a clock tower. The clock
tower is also fitted with a cuokoo bird that chimes and comes out every 15
minutes and on the hour, this is quite interesting.
Colmar
Tropicale is the first Malaysian French themed hotel and also the latest addition
to Bukit Tinggi Resort, are owned multicultural attractions resort. Colmar
Tropicale Berjaya Hills Resorts was officially opened in 2000, it is a 4 star
resort comprising a total of 248 French-themed hotel suites and rooms for its
guests to choose from.
Besides, each of the rooms are well-furnished
with classic light wood furnishing.
Located
tight at the end of the cobblestone street, there is an observation tower where
you will get enjoy a spectacular 360° view of the Colmar
Square. You can either choose to climb up by using the stairs or take the lift
to reach the top of the tower.
For us, we prefer to take the stairs while admiring the
scenic view of the surrounding hills.
The top of the viewing tower offers us an even nicer and
more spectacular view of the whole Colmar Square. You can see the entire town
from the top or turn around to see the beautiful green view of the hills.
Besides, I saw a lot of arcade games, snookers, and fun fair
games there. Those games need to buy with tokens, each tokens cost RM 2 and
many children enjoying to play with it.
I get attracted by one of the fun fair games which is called
as ‘hook a duck’.
And unexpectedly, I won a prize that is a toy. This made my
day! :D
So, with these, I’ve come to an end of this post. I hope
that all of you have an enjoyable time to read about my fun-filled day at
Colmar Tropicale, Bukit Tinggi. Thanks! :D
